Job Content
Primary control over the design of web services and smartphone apps involved with HeartRails, including both internal and external company projects.
A designer's main responsibility is to collaborate with business owners, other designers, and engineers to deliver better experiences and higher value to users through the power of great design.
We don't compromise with incomplete design, and we only recruit designers who are deeply committed to UI/UX and are acutely aware of their platform's experience through the customer's eyes.
Required Experience and Skills
- MUST

- Web service or iOS/Android app design experience
- Experience with design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, etc.
- Able to design and code in HTML/CSS
- Able to use analysis tools like Google Analytics
- Able to use Git/GitHub
- Able to build a plan and explain the setting and intentions of their designs
- WANT

- Professional (academic) knowledge of IA, UI, UX
- Able to use UI frameworks like Bootstrap, Foundation
- Able to implement simple interactions with HTML5/JavaScript
- Able to implement MVC framework viewings like Ruby on Rails
- Able to use prototyping tools like XD, Invision
- Able to facilitate growth hacking using analysis tools like Google Analytics
- Experience with direction for web services or iOS/Android apps
